We had had our home listed with another agency for 6 months, with no offers. We switched to B&W and Jim DuMont in early December. Jim did a very professional, thorough market analysis, resulting in setting a more realistic price. He outlined a very complete, proactive marketing strategy. We had an offer in one month--in the middle of the winter! With Jim's help, we negotiated a contract from that offer. We closed on that contract on March 9. The house was empty and we were away for the winter. Jim helped us with many things that came up at a distance. We have already recommended Jim to others. He and his team were superb! Thank you!

What we liked about Jim and his Team was the direct contact and keeping us informed of what was happening with our property.
